Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is cancelled :

21 or 14 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 0% of the total amount of the stay is charged

14 to 5 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 10% of the total amount of the stay is charged

4 days or less prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 35% of the total amount of the stay is charged 

In case of no-show or departure prior to the scheduled departure date,  50% of the total  amount of the stay is charged
