We would like to inform you that by decision of the Greek government, wearing a mask is obligatory in all indoor and outdoor areas. Furthermore, a restriction of traffic from 21:00 to 05:00 in the morning, with the exception of travel for work and health reasons, has been imposed.

We put our best efforts to always provide our guests with excellent Hygiene and Safety standards and to work in accordance with the Government’s regulations and the protocols of the European Union and the Greek Health Organization.
We take care of the cleanliness and disinfection of rooms and public areas according to the official Hygiene Protocol for hotels very meticulously!
Our staff is trained and certified to use protective equipment, to handle proper and approved materials, to apply certified procedures and protocols for cleaning – disinfection and management of the Reception, the Restaurant, the Bar and of course the Rooms and the Suites.
We provide hand sanitizers at public areas of the hotel.
Please inform the reception upon arrival of the cleaning frequency, of your room, you wish.
Arrival time is after 15:00 and departure time is until 11:00.
Departure after 11:00 and until 18:00 is possible only after consultation with the Reception, according to availability and the extra charge is 50% of the daily rate.
You can park your car for free at the self-service parking of the hotel.
All our rooms and the indoor public areas are non-smoking.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony of the room and at the outdoor public areas of the hotel.
Inform our reservations department in info@falasarna.gr about your decision and we will serve you, as always, in the best possible way.
If you have made a reservation in our hotel through third parties (online booking channels, travel agencies, etc.), contact them and inform them about your decision.
